Products and descriptions - Our garments are hand-embroidered. Colour, motif placement, and embroidery density will vary slightly from piece to piece, and screen settings can make colours appear different from the actual fabric. We describe every product as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that descriptions or images are completely error-free.
Pricing and availability - All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is priced incorrectly or goes out of stock after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and cancellation - Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, where stock is unavailable, the pricing was wrong, or we suspect fraud. As orders are dispatched within 24 hours, cancellation requests must reach us on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Payments - Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Intellectual property - All content on this website — product photographs, designs, artwork, text, and the Aachhri name and logo — belongs to AACHHRI LLP and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability - To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law - These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
