Shipping policy

Dispatch - Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Public holidays and occasional non-working days are the exception, and we'll let you know if your order is affected.

Standard shipping - free across India Standard delivery is free on all orders within India and usually arrives in 5–7 days from dispatch.

Express shipping - Express delivery is available at checkout for an extra fee.

Where we ship - We ship within India only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Payment - We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid.

Tracking - Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Damaged or lost parcels - If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, WhatsApp us at +91-8882174849 and we'll sort it out. For a damaged parcel, please send photos of the packaging and the item as soon as you receive it — ideally before unpacking it fully, as this helps us resolve the claim faster.

Delivery delays - Delivery timelines are estimates. Courier delays, weather, strikes, and regional restrictions are outside our control, but we'll help you track and follow up on any parcel that's running late.
