FAQs

What is your return policy?

If you want to return an item, please raise a return request by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91-8882174849) within 48 hours from delivery & we will be happy to help!

We accept returns for manufacturing defects — a stitching fault, fabric flaw, or damage on arrival.
Please make sure that the items are unworn, unwashed and still have their tags.
Every return is reviewed before you send anything back, and we cover the return shipping once it's approved.

The size doesn't fit — can I exchange it?

Yes. If the fit isn't right, we'll be happy to replace it in the correct size, subject to availability.
Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery for all such cases.
Note - size issues are eligible for exchange only, not a refund.

When will I get my order?

All our orders are dispatched within 24 hours (except holidays) and usually arrive in 5–7 days.
We'll share tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on every order across India.
If you need express delivery you can opt for it at checkout for a small fee.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

All orders are prepaid only.
You can pay securely by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet at checkout, and we never store your card details :)

How do I care for my chikankari kurti?

Chikankari is a hand-embroidered art form & thus requires a bit more care - though its very easy to maintain :

Gentle hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, or dry clean.
Don't wring or brush the embroidery, dry it in shade, and iron on low heat inside-out to protect the threadwork.
Slight variations in motif are natural — every piece is embroidered by hand.
